During this process, your truck dispatcher will work with you by finding shipments based on your preferences, and they will do their best to ensure all your needs are accommodated. You pick when and where you want to go and how many loads you wish to carry. 

Dispatchers will not force any loads. Being on the road all day can be stressful, so we will develop the best lanes that suit your desired schedule. For example, if you choose to be home every night, every other night, once every two weeks, or prefer a long-term over-the-road experience, our truck dispatchers will work with you to develop a lane to achieve your target goals. 

Our dispatchers will work to find high-paying loads within the requested freight zones of each driver. We'll also consider all essential factors important to each driver, such as home time needs, drive time mileage, factoring, invoicing, and paperwork.

We'll work alongside each driver to plan trips, including identifying traffic delays and road closures. Also, our customer service team will be available for weekend loads as needed.
